Amboseli as a safari destination is famous for its large herds of elephants, predators, herbivores and numerous bird species, including ostrich and a variety of game. Amboseli is known for its landscape, open spaces and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. The two heather groves provide a constant source of water - corresponding to the Maasai meaning of Amboseli, "Place of Water".

• Day 1. From Nairobi to Amboseli Park.
• Day 2. From Amboseli to Tsavo West Park.
• Day 3. From Tsavo West Park to the beach hotel.

Detailed safari itinerary

Day 1: From Nairobi to Amboseli Park.

Pick up your vehicle in Nairobi, hotel or airport and drive to Amboseli National Park. Arrive at your booked accommodation. It is possible to see elephants, lions, cheetahs, gazelles, zebras, buffaloes, wild boars, various birds and, of course, Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight take place in a booked campsite.

Day 2: Amboseli to Tsavo West Park.

After breakfast on safari, search for wild animals in the park. Depart for Tsavo West, where you will be for lunch. Go through the registration and check-in at the accommodation. The evening game will be held from 16:00 to 18:30. Dinner and overnight stay at a booked lodge or campsite.

Day 3: From Tsavo West Park to the beach hotel.

After breakfast on safari, wildlife viewing takes place in the park. Then visit the Mzima spring where you can see hippos, crocodiles, different types of fish and many different types of birds in crystal clear water. A little rest, then a visit to the Shetani stream, where you can see the highest mountain in Africa and the snow cover on Mount Kilimanjaro. Then transfer to the hotel for lunch in the town of Voy before continuing to the beach hotel. Arrival at the beach hotel late in the evening.
